During the fall of 2018 LightSwitch and partners at Trossa are supporting the County Administrative Board (Länsstyrelsen) of Västerbotten to develop a new Climate and Energy Strategy for the region. This work is mandated by the Swedish government and contributes to the realization of national climate and energy goals for 2030 (fossil free vehicle fleet), 2040 (100% renewable energy) and 2045 (net zero emissions). To get input to the strategy from key stakeholders in the region we are facilitating 7 interactive workshops where we do sectoral visioning and backcasting for key sectors such as transport, industry, agriculture and the public sector. We're extremely glad to contribute to this important work, which we hope will accelerate the sustainability transition in the region.
