Our services

We specialise in the design, leadership and facilitation of meaningful and action-oriented learning and innovation partnerships between people and organizations.

With our unique approach we leverage existing knowledge and experience of tackling sustainability challenges and use this as a launchpad for the co-creation of new solutions.

We combine a unique set of skills, competences, and experiences that enable us to be a trusted advisor and partner to key actors who are serious about realizing the sustainability revolution.

Partnering with LightSwitch provides a link to a global network of organisations in different societal sectors and at different levels, from policy development to implementation at the local level.

Process design, lead & facilitation

We offer complete support to our clients and partners in designing, leading and facilitating knowledge sharing and co-creation processes of different kinds and with varying levels of complexity and length. We love to support our clients in deep-dive projects aiming to create real sustainability impact, but can also take on shorter assignments to prepare the ground for change.
LightSwitch offers training programmes in change leadership, knowledge sharing methods and scaling strategies.
